Our Team
We operate with a belief that all advancement is a result of collaboration. From our store staff to our metalworkers and everyone in between—the quality of the people we align with make Neon Wave what it is and will be. Our roster of athletes and team members are no exception to this rule. We are building an army of advocates who share a common belief in what is right and a mutual desire to create it. We work very closely with each member of our team to create unique content specific to the needs and desires of each individual.
