The Men’s Function X Sock was re-engineered and has now become one of Darn Tough’s most tech-savvy snow socks. From toe to cuff each panel serves a purpose to provide a better experience on the mountain.
Contour cushioning wraps the entire calf, heel, footbed, and toe box. This is all to provide more comfort and alleviate boot pressure as you ride. Flex zones are kept on the ankle and toes to improve mobility. Additional material was added to the achilles to improve durability. The box on the back of the calf is reinforced as well to prevent boot bite. The “X” on top of the foot is how the sock got its name. This additional material provides warmth and extra protection while still maintaining mobility in the spots you need it.
Crafted with nearly 60% Merino Wool, this gives the Men’s Function X Sock a more natural ability to breathe. Releasing moisture and retaining heat, keeping the rider's feet warm and dry.
