KIDS' LEARN TO SNOWBOARD EXPERIENCE®
Our youth are the future of board sports, and there is no better time to have your young ones join our standing sideways family for the first time than with the Neon Wave team as we proudly offer year-round access to Burton Snowboards’ Riglet Education Programming (did someone say Christmas in July?). Reminisce on the magic you felt when you threw your first snowball, when you strapped into your board for the very first time, and when you sat on your first chairlift. Share that magic with the next generation by joining us for free at any of the below events. All we need is your autograph on a quick waiver, your off-the-charts energy for watching your kids stand sideways, and your best miniature snowman building skills. We will take care of the helmet, boards, ropes, lessons, crayons, and coloring pages for a commemorative relic of your time with us. See you on snow!

Head down to Bristol Mountain for their annual fall festival, which rallies several local businesses in celebration of the beautiful finger lakes foliage! Come find the Neon Wave tent where we will be hosting a kids’ learn to snowboard experience, catch a sky ride on the chairlift to overlook the Bristol Valley’s beautiful autumn colors, and shop local while you sip on some finger lakes exclusive beverages. Participating with Neon Wave does not incur any additional fee; however, tickets are required to enter Fall Fest as well as to hop on a sky ride, so head to this link to secure your spot! Our learn to ride experience will be stationed just next to High St Extension in the top triangle of grass in the parking lot belonging to The North Face and AE Gifts. This event is completely free to attend and does not require any signup or tickets to enter! Join the Neon Wave team on snow to test our fleet of demo equipment featuring snowboards and bindings from our entire family of brands. Try out your dream board before you upgrade, let us be your resource for adjusting your own equipment, get hands on with the latest shapes and technology, or let us show you why adding to your quiver will renew your hype for standing sideways. With offerings from Rome, Bataleon, Gentemstick, Burton, and Jones for both men and women, we are sure we can fit you with equipment perfect for your ride personality. All of our on snow demos are free to attend, simply find our Neon Wave tents and team, sign a waiver, and enjoy a few laps on the setup you’ve been eyeing online - better yet, try a few!

Grab your daily driver and meet us at the Comet Express at Bristol Mountain every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am through noon. Look for the Neon Wave stickers on our boards and helmets to score yourself your own sticker. Join us for some turns as we find the best snow on the most vertical feet western New York has to offer. All skill levels of riders and skiers are welcome to join. We will lap the comet express before we open the doors of Flagship in Victor weekly, so come share the stoke, ask us anything, let us help you adjust your equipment, or give us the heads up to bring you out the demo board you’ve been dying to try. KIDZ RIDE SERIES

Gear up the kids, stash some sweet treats in your pockets, and get ready to join us with our families at Bristol Mountain every Sunday morning from 9am through noon. We will be making some laps on the magic carpet, but rest assured we will venture toward the lifts if the skill level of those joining us allows. Share the magic of the Rochester area board sports community with the future of our collective family - our youth. All skill levels of riders and skiers are welcome to join; no tickets or heads up are required to join us. See you at Bristol Mountain!

Join the Neon Wave team on snow, concrete, and trails to show off what you’ve been working for all year! Below you’ll find a list of competitions and jams that Neon Wave is either hosting or sponsoring, but no matter which, you can guarantee our familiar faces (and our megaphone) will be in attendance at the start line or posted up under our tent at the finish line. If a signup ahead of time is required for any of these comps, you’ll find a link to hit the commit button below. Helmets are required for any event hosted by Neon Wave, so bring your helmet, your favorite pen for a quick waiver autograph, and plenty of stoke for prizes and giveaways!

Celebrating the skate community in Vermont is an opportunity we hold close to our hearts and trucks. This event requires a ticket, so join us by hitting the commit button here to save money on your registration knowing the proceeds of your registration are being donated directly to bringing a state of the art park to a very passionate small town. Get ready to show off your skills in the mini ramp and pool jams, a classic game of S.K.A.T.E, a contest for best trick, raffles, food trucks, and live music all day.
