Just up the road from York Beach is Grain's HQ - a full-scale board production facility, surf shop and classroom. Grain's mission in production and in concept is to design and build truly sustainable surfboards. Truly sustainable as in sourcing materials to shape from local softwoods, blowing the idea of foam right out of the water, no pun intended.

Your own personal eco-system that impacts how you experience temperature, moisture levels, and physical output in any given environment. At its core, an effective and appropriate layering system will help regulate temperature, keep you dry, provide full range of motion, and protect you from the elements; keeping you warm and comfortable. A good system means more fun and safety outdoors and more time connecting with what you love.
Trip Log: Ice Fest 2024
In 1993, Rick Wilcox and Nick Yardley created the Mount Washington Valley Ice Fest and it has been the primetime gathering place for Northeast ice ever since. Showcasing an amazing array of clinics, guides, climbs, screenings, athletes, and gear demos, the event has grown to become an access point for any and all who wish to find their way to ice and heed the call of the cold.
Patagonia Film Night at Neon Wave Stowe
Neon Wave of Stowe welcomed Patagonia and Stowe Trails Partnership to kickoff the first of many communal events. While Patagonia showcased two of their movies on the big screen, friends, families and dogs connected with friends new and old in our newly built space that was designed for this exact thing - to garner community and gather with friends.
